Job Description:

  • Coordinates material identification and availability to support unplanned repair activities

  • Compiles records concerned with quantity and type of material received into stock to support warehouse material picking activities

  • Analyzes discrepancies in stock counts, researches material movements to determine root cause and may develop resolution recommendations

  • Uses various systems to access, maintain and manipulate inventory data

  • Inputs and maintains Material Requirements Planning (MRP) parameters including material master data

  • Manages inventory discrepancies to include shortages/overages

  • Generates monthly reports

  • Performs contract close-out activities that result in the final disposition of all residual contract materials

  • Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6 years (minimum) Inventory/Goods Management experience

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Tools to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills

  • Specialized training in specific aspects of position (cycle count, material movement, inventory management)

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Load / Unload V-bed trailers (as required) * Ship / Receive / Validate all product deliveries and returns * Restock products as required / FIFO * Organize / stage product to support daily warehouse operations * Execute daily inventory process: Demand count / RMS entry for 3G & 5G and coolers * AM Checkout Process Including Random Audits * Ensure Proper Handling / Accounting for Product Damaged as well as In House Usage * Weekly Ordering of Product / Supplies * EOM Inventory Process * Document QC Bottles for Return * Inventory / Restock / Maintain Coffee Warehouse * Count FG for factory / EOM counter / random audit * Verify AM changes * Supervised General housekeeping of Warehouse including consolidation of product, sweeping, organizing, etc. * Light facility maintenance * Parking Lot clean up * Complete facility security / safety inspections Key Qualifications Include: * Strong attention to detail * High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience * Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60-80 pounds * Able to conduct regular inventory counts and audits * Able to safely use various warehouse equipment, including a forklift * Valid driver's license * PC experience preferred (Excel, etc.) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision To our veterans and separated service members: you are at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
