Inventory / WMS Specialist

VCNY Home is currently seeking an energetic and highly organized Inventory / WMS Specialist to join our team at our distribution center in Roxbury, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories
• Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and analyze inventory data
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and flow
• Implement and improve inventory control processes and procedures
• Utilize technical skills and tools to optimize inventory management
• Assist with warehouse receiving and shipping activities as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
