The Team Leader of Inventory Control help guide the inventory team and reviews all inventory levels for the RDC's. This role will manage the Inventory Control Department and workload necessary to maintain overall inventory integrity. Supports and oversees True Value Warehouse Management System (acronym ADS, Automated Distribution System). Includes training regarding ADS functionality for the regional distribution center associates, supervisors, office personnel and operating management. Utilizes all systems and processes to research, correct, report and document all inventory variances. Supports PC work performance by installing and maintaining hardware and software solutions. Maintains computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements; planning and implementing desktop rollout projects.

Scheduled Days: Monday through Thursday
Scheduled Hours: 2:00pm to 12:00am
Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).
Maintains daily accuracy of RDC inventory.
Oversees workflow relating to inventory and inventory accuracy.
Reviews workload to complete Perpetual Inventory Cycle Count for each inventory year.
Evaluates Cycle Count Data and review, approves and maintains accurate inventory adjustments on a daily basis.
Maintains accuracy on reserve locations, inbound and outbound transactions using various analytical PC based tools.
Works closely with Office Manager, Operations Manager, Superintendent, Supervisors to ensure quality, accuracy of daily inventory and inventory related requirements.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience, preferably in Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or similar industry.
Working knowledge of industry specific applications - EX, ADS
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Basic math and reading skills

Able to work all overtime hours.
Must be able to stand and walk 8 or more hours per day, walk 5 to 10 miles a day, bend, reach, twist, and lift.
Continually lift, handle rotate and carry from one to seventy-five pounds. Lift from the floor to five feet high.
Normal physical agility, which includes the ability to maneuver body while in place.
Normal physical mobility, which includes movement from place-to-place on the job taking distances and speed into account.
Normal endurance to complete the essential functions of the position
Work Environment:
The work is typically active and physical in nature and requires normal accessibility to all work sites required of the position. The position may require extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The position is typically working in areas where air conditioning is unavailable and may be exposed to chemicals that are routinely present in the Company's warehouse facilities.
