The Inventory Supply & Operations Manager is responsible for managing inventory supply and operational activities associated with product lifecycle management. They will collaborate with the Merchant Team and leverage sales and trend data to optimize inventory and coordinate supply chain activities that ensure the right material is at the right place and the right time. They will also be responsible to partner on communication and strategies that will drive vendor performance improvement. In addition, this role will help drive change by identifying areas of improvement in current toolsets and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Execute inventory phase in and phase out strategies associated with product lifecycle management.

• Lead inventory supply planning that supports promotional campaigns.

• Develop and present forward-looking, inventory projections that drive optimized inventory targets to support In-Stock Service target.

• Lead vendor scorecard distribution and improvement.

• Collaborates with distribution team on overall warehouse bin disposition and movement.

• Responsible to collaborate and serve as the liaison with other functional areas.

• Special projects and/or other functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or Business Management

• 3+ years of experience in supply/inventory planning

• Product lifecycle management

• Outstanding communication skills

• Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to make decisions based on data analysis

• Strong project management skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
