About the role

This role will be responsible for using administrative and qualitative methods to understand, troubleshoot, organize and enhance supply chain inventory needs. You will be responsible for organizing, tracking, troubleshooting, and processing product inventory.

What you will do

  • Organize product categories and evaluate inventory levels on-hand

  • Processing of inventory across multiple product verticals

  • Managing finished goods inventory processes, including:

  • Stock number assignment

  • Location selection in inventory management system or application

  • Stow

  • Consolidate

  • Cycle count

  • Month-end audit

  • Create picklists

  • Pick

  • Move to processing stations

  • Ensure inventory storage space is organized, clean, and tour-ready at all times

  • Ability to work with supply chain team members to manage large amounts of inventory

  • Investigate issues, find root causes, and implement solutions that streamline inventory processes

  • Come up with creative solutions to ensure each inventory item retains its full dollar value

  • Provide on-the-ground support for special projects, operational needs, expansions, new business opportunities, and development

About you

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse pick, pack and ship experience preferred. Otherwise, proven ability to be organized in an operational environment and desire to work with high-velocity inventory.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, problem solving and creative thinking skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels

  • Customer Focus

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, frequently changing environment

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail and follow through

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
