Inventory Sales Account Representative

A client of ours is in search of an Inventory Sales Account Representative with expertise in SAP Order Entry and strong Excel proficiency . This role is pivotal in managing account purchase orders, coordinating shipments to ensure minimal delays, and serving as the key liaison between distribution centers and account operations teams. Key Responsibilities:

SAP Order Entry: Ensure accurate and efficient order entry into the SAP system, maintaining up-to-date information on all account transactions. Purchase Order Management:

Oversee the maintenance and updates of account purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational timelines. Shipping Coordination: Book and track shipments, working closely with distribution centers to minimize delays and resolve issues swiftly.

Reporting & Data Analysis: Create and maintain tracking and booking reports using Excel, utilizing formulas such as concatenate , VLOOKUP , and other advanced functions to analyze and organize data. Operational Point of Contact:

Act as the main operations contact for distribution centers and account representatives, ensuring clear communication and swift issue resolution. Qualifications: 1 years of experience in order entry, inventory management, or a related operational role. Proficiency in SAP for order entry and purchase order processes.

Advanced Excel skills , including experience with functions such as concatenate and VLOOKUP. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, resolving issues proactively.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly within distribution or sales operations. Familiarity with logistics, distribution centers, and inventory management processes. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $23 hourly.
