As the Inventory Mangaer, you are responsible for managing the Inventory Staff as well as all inventory related tasks for Secondary Product Lines including Adult Education. You will manage the State Depository Staff and processes related to K-12 fulfillment along with the Senior Director in Inventory Planning, budgeting, and overall management of the Inventory Department.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • 5 years of experience in the K-12 Education Market.

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent job experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to work closely with Sales and Marketing Staff regarding forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Experience with Oracle databases and/or Oracle EBS preferred.

  • Solution-driven, customer service mindset with the ability to multi-task and work agilely within tight deadlines.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to analyze, interpret and synthesize large data sets with limited direction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to interact well with others to accomplish organizational objectives.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Ability to analyze Salesforce.com data for Inventory Planning.

  • Ability to anticipate and plan for upcoming projects and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time.

  • Ability to work with Global Supply Chain personnel regarding inventory planning and fulfillment.

  • Ability to work well in a challenging environment.

This position ensures that procurement requests accurately reflect clinical and cost requirements and the timing of receipt for those requests meet customer and financial expectations. The Coordinator is responsible for the computerized supply replenishment and procurement of owned, consigned and same day requested inventory. They are also responsible for routine inventory management to ensure accurate financials and product integrity. This position requires a high degree of critical thinking to ensure the right supplies and services are available to support the clinical operations of the surgical department and ensure the best patient care by reacting to planned and unplanned requests for patient treatment.
