Inventory Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Shift: 1st shift, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

As an Inventory Coordinator, you'll be responsible for verifying and tracking accurate inventory records, ensuring the smooth flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Your role will involve confirming the availability of production materials, coordinating with various departments, and implementing inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Verify raw material availability for production.

• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile them with records.

• Monitor and report inventory levels.

• Coordinate with other departments.

• Communicate inventory needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Audit inventory processes.

• Resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Implement corrective actions.

• Participate in improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates should have previous experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations, including familiarity with inventory software and ERP systems. Experience in manufacturing, preferably in personal care, is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, along with effective communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Candidates must work well independently and in teams, be able to lift 50 pounds and hold a forklift certification, with experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
