Implement and document processes and procedures for all areas of supply chain
Perform macro and micro level inventory analysis for all 4 sites and recommend min/max/order qty and inventory levels
Accountable for trending and business data reporting to ensure we are making best decisions for our supply chain
Accountable for maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet excellent customer service level.
Manage and examine the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages and take actions as needed
Oversee planning functions at all sites for rough cut capacity plans and MRP
Oversee physical and digital allocation functions at all sites
Supervise and develop planners across all sites
Optimize the use of MRP software, ensure integrity of data and use of all fields, and adjust internal processes as necessary
Develop models for inventory for make to stock/order, assemble to stock/order and engineer to order product offerings
Accountable for strategic frameworks regarding receipt, storage, fulfillment, and distribution of our wide variety of products
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5+ years in Supply Chain management
Project Management experience preferred
Solid track record of leading teams with various personalities across multiple functions
Looking at a computer screen for long periods
Regular use of office equipment
20% travel required
