We are seeking a Inventory Control Team member for our customer, County Materials in Oconomowoc, WI Just south of Hwy 18, between Hwy 67 and 83. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Job Duties:

Primarily responsible for counting, classifying, and maintaining a vast inventory of items. Maintains inventory and purchasing by performing Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly physical inventories and ensuring it coincides with SXE and Production Log Back Log. Review Bill of Materials/Material Orders analyze usage and assist in inventory levels.

Communicate count results and upcoming needs of products per Inventory, Bill of Materials and Delivery Status with Production Supervisor and Production Scheduler Collaborate in Stock numbers and Specialty numbers set up in SXE. Enter daily reports production stock and special products produced by all departments. Support all activities relates to inventory and quality control.

Reconcile and investigate inventory error and work with team to improve process and eliminate errors. Evaluate/Identify/report excess and/or obsolete stock product. Placing inventory restock orders with outside distributors.

Support activities related to Shipping & Receiving Department. Check in Delivery drivers, inspecting all returning product and verifying returned products condition. Collaborate with Preparing, Price checking and Shipping tickets daily.

Creating tickets and giving order updates to customers both over the phone and in person. Work with the team if product is missing and/or damaged. Collaborate in maintain inventory storage space and organization in the yard.

Collecting Scrap Report adjusting inventory. Work Environment: Office working environment.

  • 50% Outside working environment.

  • 50% Physical Requirements: Sitting frequently.

    Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds rarely. Standing / Walking / Climbing. Experience & Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Basic computer skills.
