A Little About Your Day: You will:

  • Manage all inventory levels in the distribution center and all branches by use of scheduled cycle counts and create new protocols for department to follow.

  • Use an RF scanner in a WMS environment to perform cycle counts and other inventory management transactions.

  • Use the NetSuite ERP system in conjunction with RF scanner to execute cycle counts and other inventory transactions.

  • Track usage of scanner system to receive and record new stock as it arrives at the distribution center.

  • Manage a team of branch inventory workers, stockers, and receivers and ensures all items are stocked on shelves and pallet racks correctly while performing housekeeping and down stocking.

  • Audit pick/pack procedures on a regular basis.

  • Organize inventory data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

  • Implement and reinforce company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.

  • Communicate inventory discrepancies to sales team in a timely manner.

  • Perform stock checks on specific inventory items as needed.

  • Collaborate with receiving team to ensure correct receipt and stocking of new inventory.

  • Collect and verify inventory to be removed from stock and sent back to the vendor.

  • Utilize various powered industrial trucks to move product or research inventory discrepancies.

What You'll Need for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 years' warehouse experience in a Distribution environment, with inventory management experience preferred.

  • A valid driver's license with a record of sustained safe driving.

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. unassisted.
