Position: Inventory Control Supervisor
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise inventory control staff responsible for auditing, monitoring and reporting on inventory management processes related to Ingram Micro Mobility owned and consignment inventory
Managing cycle counting function
Internal and external operational inventory reporting
Responsible for operational processes as they relate to the generation of inventory transactions
Scheduling and managing customer physical inventories and related reporting
Assures cycle counts are completed and monitors system to report inventory accuracy
Maintains cycle counts schedule
Research both pick and store discrepancies to determine root causes of problems

Individual must have strong leadership, project management, and general management abilities.
Individual must have strong problem solving skills.
Previous supervisory experience in warehousing or distribution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
EDUCATION or EXPERIENCE:
2 year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Operational inventory experienced preferred.

Individual will be required to handle product occasionally. Lifting requirements should never exceed 50 lbs.

Employee will spend time in both an office environment and production/distribution warehouse environment. While performing duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work area is usually moderate.
