Under the guidance of the Regional V.M.I. Operations Manager, this Counter Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining all day to day functions in a Vendor Managed Inventory (V.M.I.) Client's facility. This includes but is not limited to the following: filling customer orders, checking in inventory, maintaining regional items" as necessary, completing the proper control reports, and contributing to sales growth.

40%- Timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders for the customer. Properly receive daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain accurate inventory.
20%- Complete all control reports in the intervals described in the Operations Manual. Monitor and adjust Min / Max levels on an ongoing basis to maintain the proper levels of inventory.
10%- Maintain a clean and professional warehouse.
15%- Recognize and communicate to the Regional V.M.I. Operations Manager both market and customer business conditions.
15%- Communicate with the customer about product stocking levels and seasonal fluctuations to ensure there are no outages.


Reports to the Senior VP of Sales. No direct reports.



Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.


Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

  • Counter sales experience preferred, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical environment.

  • Warehouse or Operations experience.

  • BA or BS Degree preferred.

Strong Computer Skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift 60 pounds or more.

  • Ability to effectively manage time and branch operations.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Product knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical items is helpful.

VIEW JOBS 12/4/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-03-03T00:00 The role of the Clinical Referral Specialist is to act as the in-office clinical liaison that represents the SCAH agency via telephone receiving and processing referrals for patient care in the regional home health referral management team. Referral source interactions include, but are not limited to working closely with referring hospitals, physicians, board and care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, patients, families, and the general public. Primary clinical responsibilities include receiving/processing referrals and ensuring that admissions occur in a timely and consistent manner.The Clinical Referral Specialist enters referral information into the EMR and creates initial orders to facilitate the start of care. As the Clinical Referral Specialist, this person frequently interacts with referral sources, other members of the referral center staff, home health, AIM and hospice staff across SCAH offices and all others necessary to facilitate the start of patient care. Consistently utilizes and promotes use of excellent customer services skills. The Clinical Referral Specialist position reports directly to the Home Health Administrator. Education: RN: AA/AS required, BA/BS desired. LVN: AA/AS desired, BA/BS desired. Certifications/Licensure: RN: CA RN License; valid California driver's license; current auto insurance. LVN: CA LVN License; valid California driver's license; current auto insurance. Experience: RN: One year of professional experience in an acute or similar setting required. One year of experience in a home health and/or hospice position preferred LVN: Minimum of one year clinical experience required. One year of direct patient care experience in home health preferred. Knowledge: Must have the clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to effectively plan and provide coordination of patient care consistent with standards and regulations; must have exceptional interpersonal and customer services skills;must be able to effectively solve unique problems as they arise or identify when to consult the supervisor. Must have knowledge of current Hospice/Home Health admission criteria; Medicare, Medi-Cal, Commercial, State and Federal regulations. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding preferred but not essential. Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving abilities as well as excellent telephone, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong commitment to team work and customer service, both internally and externally, is required.Must have proven strong/proven data entry and general computer skills. Special Skills/Equipment: Must be able to demonstrate proficiency (after training and introductory period) in efficient use of electronic medical record systems. Must be able to flex with the increased workflow when census is higher and recognize urgency of each task. Must be flexible with schedule including, but not limited to, the ability to participate in department rotation for weekend coverage if needed.
