General Overview of Position
The position of Inventory Control Specialist is a full time position requiring up to 40 hours per week and reports to the Asset Manager. The position maintains the supply department and is responsible for ordering and shipping out tools and supplies requested by office personnel, field technicians and area managers. Maintains all inventory records and performs light building maintenance.
Process all tool lease agreements, ship out tools.
Process all field requests, ships out supplies.
Purchase necessary tools and supplies for field and office.
Process all paperwork related to incoming and outgoing inventory.
Keep supply area clean and organized.
Performs light building maintenance.
Completes delivery and pick up of supplies, stocks shelves.
Maintain an inventory of all assets to include tools, supplies and field inventory.
Cross train in other areas of the company to be able to assist as needed.
Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Mechanical aptitude and ability.
Ability to multi task.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Completes tasks in a timely manner.
Valid driver's license.
Required availability including weekends, and holidays.
Ability to provide an acceptable background screen and maintain a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen.

Ability to withstand both hot and cold temperatures.
Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment
