We are looking for a talented Inventory Control Specialist
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Maintain and update vendor information, negotiate terms to secure favorable deals, and manage supplier relationships to optimize the accounts payable process and cost-efficiency.
Continuously seek and implement strategies for improving financial processes, including leveraging technology for efficiency, streamlining payment procedures, and enhancing inventory management practices.
Perform precise data entry and clerical duties, updating inventory records, processing payments, and managing financial transactions to uphold operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Take charge of the entire accounts payable process, from verifying and reconciling invoices against orders to processing payments, in adherence with company policies and financial regulations.
Engage in detailed financial reconciliation, verifying transactions against invoices and receipts, to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations..
Experience
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Strong knowledge of the automotive manufacturing sector and readiness to adhere to safety measures.
Must be a quick learner and able to collaborate with others.
Candidates are expected to perform rework or repair operations on nonconforming material.
Familiarity with Quality and time.
Readiness to adhere to safety requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
