Function Specific Activities:

Count and record finished goods and raw material inventory in compliance with external and internal standards, policies, and procedures. Completes all batch certifications and adjustments daily. Assist and provide support to Warehouse Management in the planning, tracking, distribution, and storage of data on all materials movements. Provide substitute coverage for the Appointment Scheduler.

Function Related Activities / Key responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory accuracy for all materials using established cycle count procedures, batch certifications, and inventory adjustments using he business control systems.

  • Operate forklift, battery changing equipment, and related dock equipment as required or directed.

  • Utilize PC MS Office tools including e-mail in communicating and report generation.

  • Accurately receive materials using plant operating systems.

  • Record and file all cycle count and materials transactions.

  • Review daily materials summaries for each department.

  • Prepare cycle counts and inventory accuracy reports.

  • Assist other departments with information needs.

  • Perform special assignments as requested by management.

  • Perform physical inventories as required.

  • Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor.

  • Adheres to Food Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) in the execution of duties. Ensures the area is maintained in a safe and orderly fashion.

  • Complete accurate logs and documentation of activities during shift.

  • Read and understand standard operating procedures.

  • Able to participate in team assignments.

  • Able to identify deficiencies within area of responsibility and take or recommend appropriate corrective actions.

  • Able to set up and changeover labeling equipment by yourself to different bottle sizes in a timely manner.

  • Able to explain and demonstrate job tasks to all internal and external visitors.

  • Ensure that all security procedures are followed.


  • Requires at least 2 years direct related experience in Inventory Control with a business operating system such as SAP or CIMPRO.

  • Must have a current fork lift license and at least 6 months forklift experience.

  • Requires at least one year's direct operating experience of material handing equipment (various types of material movement/lift trucks to include floor scrubbers).

  • Ability to trouble-shoot warehouse-related inventory problems.

  • Must be neat and have the ability to organize and maintain accurate filing systems.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.

  • Meet all basic plant employment criteria, to include a good attendance record.

  • Must be certified on the training plan for this position within 60 working days of start date.

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work on multiple levels, such as catwalks, ladders, etc. and ability to work in extreme temperatures.

  • Manual finger dexterity

  • Ability to visually identify defective parts.

  • Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour shift or required necessary hours to meet the business requirements. This may include overtime and weekend work as necessary

  • Must be able to us a computer and associated software programs.

  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner to ensure achievement of Quality, Service and Cost objectives

  • Ability to read equipment operations manuals.

  • Ability to visually identify and recognize material and product and defects

  • Ability to participate in job development training (i.e. trouble-shooting, etc.)

  • Ability to work in a team environment.


  • Work is performed in high-speed bottling and production environment.

  • Work requires exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, working around moving equipment, tanks, heights, wet conditions, fumes, vibrations, dust, etc.

  • Working hours must be flexible with the ability to work all shifts and extended hours as required.


  • Personnel protective equipment. MSDS sheets.

The Justice Clerk performs a variety of clerical procedures following prescribed procedures and assists in revenue and bookkeeping services for the office of the Justice of the Peace. The work involves preparing and processing forms and orders involving the filing and disposition of civil claims, and criminal and traffic cases, as well as accepting cash and checks and issuing receipts on a daily basis. This position affects the accuracy, reliability and acceptability of further processes and services. Job Description ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Prepares and processes forms and orders for civil claims, and criminal and traffic cases. These cases may include hot check cases, nuisance violations, evictions, animal control, alcoholic beverage commission cases and school truancy cases * Sets court dates, hearing and trials, including jury trials and notifies parties of scheduled settings * Coordinates court dates with attorneys, police officers, jury office, and all other parties involved * Prepares and processes a variety of official documents such as citations, judgments, warrants, complaints, affidavits, routine reports, subpoenas, notices, jury lists and form letters * Assists the public in person and on the telephone, explaining procedures, fines and forms, and responding to inquiries on case status without providing legal advice * Collects and receipts all revenues both hand delivered and mailed such as fines and fees * Performs bookkeeping functions such as collecting fees and fines, issuing receipts, issuing restitution payment, reconciling cash receipts and preparing bank deposits * Acts as liaison between judges, defendants, officers, and attorneys * Transfers cases to other courts as necessary, and filing appeals with the County or District Clerk's office * Issues summons or subpoenas to all parties involved in cases, including officers, witnesses, and defendants, as needed * Assists Judge as necessary, including providing information concerning fines and filing fees, determining eligibility requirements of those who want to take driver safety course, and establishing payment schedules for fines under the direction of the Judge * Performs receptionist duties, which involves greeting customer, answering telephone, taking messages and making appointments and reservations, receiving and date-stamps incoming mail * Will be required to attend continuing legal education classes * Regular attendance and timeliness is required EDUCATION: Required: * High school graduation or GED Preferred: * Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field SKILLS ~ EXPERIENCE: Required: * 1 year of responsible clerical experience preferably with legal procedures, terminology, the court system, or customer service experience * Type accurately at a speed of at least 45 words per minute * Good knowledge of court clerk procedures and processes * Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive matters * Strong organizational skills and proven ability to maintain accurate, detailed records * Ability to accurately sort, file, and retrieve material using alphabetical, numerical, or chronological systems * Keen attention to detail; careful and accurate data entry * Knowledge of basic arithmetic, algebra and statistics including add, subtract, multiply, divide, interest, decimals and percentages * Exceptional skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with County employees and officials, judges, attorneys, representatives of outside agencies, and the general public * General skill in operating standard office equipment such as personal computers, calculators, and telephones * General knowledge of basic hardware and software and uses of a variety of different computer operating systems such as Microsoft Office Work, Excel, Outlook * Maintain appropriate necessary certifications Preferred: * (BILINGUAL) Fluent Spanish speaking, reading and writing with excellent communication * Knowledge of McLennan County Justice Court regulations, policies, and procedures * Knowledge of federal, state and local laws related to traffic, criminal procedure, civil procedure, family code, penal code juvenile laws All Employees o Must be committed to achieving excellence in assigned duties, always in service of the county and community o Must have ability to earn and keep the trust of fellow employees and the community at large o Must be approachable and ready to help fellow employees and the general public ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Continuous indoor activity, and some contact with persons accused or convicted of crimes.
