Responsible for the daily handling, warehousing, and distribution of materials.
Maintains operations and controls to enhance and improve finished goods distribution along with the handling, warehousing, and disbursement of raw materials
Interprets company policies to employees and enforces safety regulations
Establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet shipment deadlines
General Safety training to perform the job
Excellent skills in mathematics necessary
Forklift license required
Knowledge of Windows NT computer systems required
Bachelor's Degree, or six years of work experience in a Warehouse environment required
APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification a plus
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds overhead
May have to reach heights up to 40 feet using a lift truck, order picker, or Turret truck
Must be able to climb and stack cartons at a height of 15 feet
Must be able to push and pull pallet jacks with weight ranges up to 1500 pounds
May work with hazardous materials
