Inventory Control Associate Expectations:

The purpose of the IC associate role is to maintain accuracy and integrity of building inventory and inventory flow. The IC associate will utilize RF equipment, powered industrial equipment, and PC skills to complete goals daily.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Understands and executes all IC related functions.

  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

  • Ability to run and research cycle count report and IA report.

  • Investigate problems to establish root cause.

  • Perform cycle counts and understand best methods in order to achieve daily/weekly/quarterly goals.

  • Willingness to cross train in all areas, including driving Powered Industrial Equipment.

  • Ensure any requests to reclassify product, customer kits/bundling and adjustment requests are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that reports are monitored and maintained in an effort to improve inventory accuracy (aged cases, locked product, excessive qtys, cycle counts, etc.)

Accomplishing these goals must be done while staying in compliance with all store operational procedures, including inventory control, supply replenishment, and company philosophies. You must operate within and enforce City Gear's Fab5 mission and Ten Keys to Customer Satisfaction cultural elements. Responsibilities * Prepare and ship every online order in a safe and efficient * Diligently inspect each item to ensure the correct color, size and style is picked and/or * Ensure quality and completeness (key company initiatives) of all items while meeting and exceeding timeliness and efficiency standards.
