Monitoring of SAP inbound interfaces which includes but not limited to the following: (Goods Receipt / delivery notes / goods issue / PO's and STO's / Inventory Reconciliation / Returns for all brands / Adjustments /Ecommerce Sales & Returns/ Processing of Pending/Failed transactions)
Daily analysis, research and correction of complex issues in the aforementioned responsibilities, as well as developing solutions in coordination with the impacted departments across multiple plants and brands.
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure issues and resolutions are clearly understood
Execute established test scripts thoroughly and validate results in conjunction with the DC's to support SAP Quarterly system release and approved RFC's
Work with the 3PL to define all processes supporting adidas needs; SOP(s)
Insure all auditing processes covering inbound and outbound are followed, monitored and reported.
Work with the 3PL on root cause analysis and process improvements based on audit failures
Incorporate Compliance findings to drive Process Improvements within the DC
This position will work with SAP Technical Support Team and local IT, WMS/WCS Super Users, Customer Service, Transportation, A/R and multiple Business Units
3PL DC Inventory Control and Management teams
Adidas Compliance, Lean and Business Process Improvement teams
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations background.
Strong communication skills (oral and written); ability to clearly articulate thoughts verbally and written (i.e. emails)
Ability to clearly communicate across all levels of business
Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution development
Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, power queries, macros) and MS Access (database creation, query design) skills required
Proven expertise in WMS and SAP AFS Modules
Good working knowledge of multiple platforms but not limited to Manhattan, SAP and Omnihub
Strong understanding of advanced math equations, algorithms and SQL statements
Strong team player with proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
Willingness to travel if needed for personal training and knowledge sharing
Job requires continuous hours at a desk with PC
4 year college degree and minimum three years' experience or equivalent education and experience in related industry
Minimum three year's SAP and WMS experience
Strong knowledge in MS Office, Excel, SQL
