The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for verifying the accuracy of inventory locations by counting and auditing our inventory data and by proposing and helping to implement improvements to inventory processes. This position will report to the Assistant Controller.
Perform inventory cycle counts
Ensure Inventory quantity and location accuracy
Maintain relevant inventory information in SAP
Resolve inventory variances (Negatives/Absolutes) within the warehouse
Morning and mid-day audits on top 5 Absolutes/Variances
Root Cause Analysis & Investigation into large variances
Review and Audit B&C-count sub inventory location
Prepare for Audit and walk Auditors through the cycle counting process
Track cycle counts. What has been done and what needs to be done
Assist with receipt and outbound of direct shipments
Resolve EDI receipts issue
Report inventory accuracy daily to plant management
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Accounting and site management

High School diploma or equivalent
Competent knowledge of warehouse and inventory systems and processes
