Shift: 1st Shift

Compensation: $15.10 - $18.25/hr

Principal Accountabilities:

Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include:

  • Inventory Labeling, moving, counting, and staging for Production B101 location.

  • Lift/handling Inventory items, including packaging and ingredients

  • Ensuring food safety and quality

  • Cleanliness and housekeeping

  • Other Inventory and/or Purchasing duties as assigned by Management

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to read and write English proficiently

  • Ability to use a computer

  • Prior Inventory, Production or relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous poultry experience

  • Work history in the last 12 months

  • SAP, MRP, or other Inventory experience

There are a variety of roles and responsibilities within this title. The types of roles available require troubleshooting, ensuring proper maintenance and operational status of refrigeration systems, steam boiler operation, using a variety of hand tools to set up, break down, adjust machinery, and perform other duties pertaining to hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and ammonia systems, all while making safety the number one priority. Refrigeration requires being able to reading manuals written in English and the ability to write and document information. While performing the duties of Refrigeration Boiler Operator, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use of PPE is required in all areas of the facility. Key Accountabilities Perform repetitive tasks. Examples include: * Using hand tools to perform maintenance on machinery * Ensuring food safety and quality * Cleanliness and housekeeping Required Qualifications * Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship * Must be 18 years or older * Ability to read, write and speak English * Ability to work with a variety of hand tools * Ability to become HAZMAT Certified * Ability to become RETA Certified Preferred Qualifications * Previous ammonia refrigeration experience * Previous Cargill experience * Work history in the past 12 months * HAZMAT Certified * RETA Certified Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
