Job Summary

Coordinates all activities for the planning, maintaining and storage of inventory. Performs duties associated with documenting and approving inventory and materials handling. Provides Inventory analysis to support business operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Supports analysis of inventory levels to determine reorder levels

  • Performs and supports data entry duties in the input of daily inventory issue, items received/restocked into inventory

  • Ability to perform critical analysis in solving inventory problems

  • Monitors work for quality and timeliness

  • Supports and performs cycle counts and reconciliations

  • Insures all ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, OSHA and Hazmat procedures are followed

  • Verifies all airworthiness documentation is maintained with incoming parts

  • Determines location for new and / restock inventory items

  • Participates in team process improvement projects

  • Other duties as assigned

Additional Job Requirements

  • Regular scheduled attendance

  • Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one or more years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and math skills

  • Ability to be a team player with a professional attitude

  • Dependable and self-motivated

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet deadlines

Computer Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • ERP, MRP II or CPIM Certificate
