The Inventory Analyst is responsible for driving robust inventory management discipline throughout the Funko organization through action-focused reporting, process improvement and data quality vigilance. This role is a key connection point of S&OP to the organization with the Sales, Warehouse, Finance and Supply Chain functions.

Inventory Management & Reporting
Responsible for providing timely and accurate analytical data and insight to support the decision-making needs of the organization to drive inventory management.
Gathers data and conducting analysis with the goal of improving the organization's supply chain operations
Develops and maintaining performance measurement analysis and reports for the supply chain team
Leads execution of inventory management reviews to ensure ownership and actions are taken on the inventory segmentation levels cross departmentally
Responsible for data driven recommendations to organization on inventory management decisions
Inventory Process Improvements
Data & Order Management
Ensure item data related to the product planning function is setup properly to ensure proper reporting
Researching customer sales and blanket orders, monitoring incoming purchase orders, frequently updating data and developing detailed reports
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
3+ years' in a supply chain, product and inventory planning role, preferably for a consumer product organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with an ERP, Dynamics NAV a plus
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel in particular)
Bachelor's Degree in Business with focus on Operations or Supply Chain or financial product analysis preferred but not required
