Inventory Analyst

Community Tissue Services (CTS) is the largest nonprofit tissue graft manufacturer in the world. CTS is a quality, ethical provider of services to donor families, medical communities, recipients, and community partners through recovery, processing, and distribution of tissue grafts.

The Inventory analyst will provide expert knowledge and support to the department by overseeing allograft inventory needs. The analyst will communicate to customers and departments in a courteous and efficient manner to ensure customer needs are met.

The main job functions include:

  • Manages the following tasks: priority labeling requests, backorders, private label/OEM purchase orders, spooling lots from generic inventory, and tendon pick lists.

  • Communicates with other departments their inventory graft needs.

  • Reports to management on product needs.

  • Collaborates with Customer Service when grafts are available to ship.

  • Communicates with customers on purchase orders and product availability.

  • Manages PAR levels for allografts used for Education/Wet Labs.

  • Ensures successful branch allograft PAR levels.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service Experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Essential Responsibilities: * Responsible for management/design/governance around the Firewall and Proxy technology listed here: Cisco ASA Policy, VMware NSX DFW and ESG Policy, Akamai Web Application Firewall Policy, Amazon AWS Security Groups, Palo Alto Firewall Policy, and BlueCoat Policy. * Analyze Firewall Rule and Web Proxy Policy configuration to ensure continued compliance and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
