Responsibilities:
Maintains the overall appearance of new and used vehicles and may be responsible for cleaning the vehicles and monitoring all vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed.
Drives vehicles to different areas of the dealership as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Cleans driveway, sidewalks and other areas as directed by management.
Keeps new and used vehicle lots neat and organized as directed by management.
Take inventory and appraisal photos for website and Inventory Plus.
Facilitate dealer trades with drivers.
Park, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot
Assist the sales team with delivery of sold vehicles
Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the lot
Stock in vehicles arriving for the first time
Ensure all cars get to designated service center for safety
Ensure all vehicles are priced and stickered correctly
Ensure all vehicles on lot have inspection reports
Ensure Key Track Report is running
Assist in data entry of vehicles into DMS
Help Inventory Manager with miscellaneous tasks
All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have one or years dealership automotive inventory experience.
Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
ADP/CDK/AAX and Inventory Plus experience a plus!
Very good with taking and uploading photos
Tech and computer savvy.
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Work well with team and individually
Good time management skills
High attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
