Role Summary:Interventional and Women's Health S&OP Manager will be responsible for supporting $300M+ in annual sales and $20M in inventory.

Essential Responsibilities:
Specifically, this leader is responsible for execution of Sales & Operations Planning, driving fulfilment and on-time delivery, logistics cost optimization and ensuring the right levels of inventory for these critical imaging businesses. The role is a key position across USCAN Region Order Operations, HPM, GSC and the USCAN Commercial Team. This role will ensure the execution of USCAN sales execution, fulfillment and inventory operating plans.

  • Own Interventional and Women's Health execution including S&OP, fulfillment/OTD, forecast accuracy, logistics cost, and inventory planning.

  • Establish & own inventory entitlements in USCAN & create the appropriate project funnel to drive execution

  • Drive improved forecast accuracy

  • Support fulfillment, fulfillment op mechs and on-time delivery for Interventional and Women's Health

  • Coordinate/communicate weekly through op mechs, processes & tools (eOM, myOrders, etc) with HPM and Commercial teams on execution of key deals driving OTD and revenue

  • Collaborate with GSC COEs (Inventory, S&OP, FFT, etc.) to drive process improvement, share best practices globally & represent voice of USCAN.

  • Drive process improvement for S&OP, inventory and fulfillment

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of operations management experience or HS diploma and 10 years operations management experience

  • Exceptional communication (verbal, written)

  • Capability to understand and analyze complex situations utilizing data analysis and systems thinking

  • Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environment

  • Strong Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction

  • Located in the Ohio (or Midwest area) & able to work remote

Desired Characteristics: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

  • Working knowledge of Oracle, Smartsheet, Demantra

  • Lean Expert or Black Belt

  • OMLP or other leadership program graduate

VIEW JOBS 2/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-15T00:00 Description This is an on-call position working primarily in an adult psychiatric inpatient setting. The Waukesha County Mental Health Center operates a 28 bed psychiatric hospital for adults. Admissions are on a voluntary or involuntary basis. The person in this position would be responsible for psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, developing social work interventions in treatment planning, providing group therapy, coordinating with community providers and payers and working with individuals and families. This position may also complete Substance Use assessments for inpatient. This position may complete on site or telephone crisis assessments. The person must have a Mental Health Certification (LPC, APSW, LCSW, and a certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor. Certification with "In Training" status will be considered. This position could be called in for coverage for vacations, holidays and weekends. Hours are primarily during the day (8 am - 4:30 pm) with some flexibility on weekends and holidays. This position works with a multi-disciplinary team. This is an ideal setting for an individual looking to complete hours towards a LCSW Example of Duties CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Receives referrals of voluntary and involuntary clients with difficult mental health and behavioral problems and conducts assessment of treatment needs and intervention needs. * Provides psychotherapeutic treatment in a variety of settings to individuals, couples, families, and groups to resolve social, personal, developmental, behavioral, and/or mental disorders. * Develops and implement a treatment plan to meet the needs of the client utilizing psychotherapeutic treatment methods. * Interprets nature of illness and prescribes course of treatment to clients and families. * Participates in client staffings, reviews, and multi disciplinary team discussions to formulate diagnoses and develop treatment and service plans. * Serves as a liaison and consultant to staff and other Human Services agencies. * Provides community education and public speaking on various community mental health issues and related topics. * Performs clinical crisis intervention and emergency intake evaluations for clients of all age groups. * Provides court related clinical and other duties such as assessments, testimony, reports, and recommendations. * Completes documentation for billing of services and maintains mandated clinical documentation. * Establishes and maintains effective working relations with clients, families, staff, other agencies, and the general public. * Teams with social workers and others in non-licensed department programs to provide in-home and community based assessments, counseling and intervention as referenced in Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 46, 48, 55, 88 and 938. * Performs emergency government duties as assigned in the event of a Waukesha County Emergency Government declaration. * Performs other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS Essential Knowledge and Abilities * Considerable knowledge of psychopathology, mental health principles, and techniques of clinical therapy. * Working knowledge of the signs and symptoms of reactions to psychotropic drugs used in the treatment of mental disorders. * Working knowledge of techniques to identify clients with alcohol or other drug abuse problems. * Working knowledge of computerized department program software, Internet access, and database, spreadsheet, and word processing programs. * Working knowledge of human service organizations, mental health, and other community resources. * Working knowledge of applicable codes, rules, statutes, and regulations. * Working knowledge of state and federal confidentiality rules and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and Wisconsin Statutes, Chapter 51. * Ability to interpret psychosocial and DSM 5 diagnoses to individuals and families. * Ability to utilize electronic health record, word processing, database and spreadsheet, and program specific applications. * Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary decision making and treatment planning. * Ability to develop treatment plans and to provide psychosocial and psychotherapeutic treatment services to individuals, families, and groups. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, staff, other agencies, and the general public. * Ability to respond appropriately to mental health emergency situations and utilize crisis intervention techniques and procedures. * Ability to complete clinical documentation and write reports as needed. * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
