This role will focus on improving Operations quality performance to better serve our patients and customers, helping us to keep Patients First in everything we do while reliably supplying needed medications to the market. Specifically, this role will focus on training development and deviation reduction by working cross-functionally with our Training group.
Responsibilities will include:
Successful candidate will be able to analyze data using Microsoft Excel or other programs.
The role requires a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to understand site processes, manufacturing requirements, and challenges of current training processes.
She/he will need to be a fountain of ideas and able to think "outside the box".
Success in this role relies heavily on the ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently.
This person will also need to have strong oral and written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and gain alignment from stakeholders
Ideal candidates love to explore process improvements and take on challenges
Works under the direction of a mentor
Currently enrolled in a College or University
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Biomedical) or related field of study
Eligible to legally work in the United States
Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12-week period over the summer
