Tasks

As part of the Global Mobility and Employer Branding team, your tasks may include the following:

• Assist in the coordination and process of standard visa applications for the United States, Canada & Puerto Rico

• Assist the Global Mobility team with supporting all expats in North America

• Special projects in connection with expatriation

• Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics

• Interact with users & respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments

• Assist in the development & management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

• Actively & consistently collect market research from competitors, top performing brands and innovative strategies

• Organize & attend events such as: job fairs, webinars, and virtual career fairs

• Produce live social media content

• Support the HR department with other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• You are studying with a focus in Human Resources/Marketing (e.g. Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Management and Psychology or International Management)

• Enrolled in university or recently graduated during the entire period of the internship

• Prior experience in HR or Digital Marketing is desirable

• You have very strong (business) English skills

• Expert knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to familiarize yourself with new topics quickly

• You are committed and able to work independently

• You must have a work-permit for the United States or fulfill all criteria to get a J-1 visa for the United States
