Internship - R&D

Job Duties:

• Assist in recipe development, will be working alongside chefs to help develop new recipes.

• Conduct market research on current food trends and competitor products at store for insight to new ideas.

• Assist in preparing and conducting taste tests and sensory evaluations.

• Help maintains detailed records of recipe iterations, test results, and ingredient specs.

• Support with other projects as needed.

Job Skills:

• Have great punctuality/attendance.

• Enjoy working in a team environment.

• Basic PC skills are required.

• Attention to detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

$17.63 to $22.92 per hour/non-exempt
