Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our ADTS (R&D) team at our St. Peters, MO location as a Carbon fiber Product Development Intern.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with analysis and testing of composite intermediates

• Performing and coordinating other supporting tests

• Collection and analysis of data

• Generating trial materials for different iterations of a product.

• From time to time, there would be assistance with lab projects that would include support of compounding, injection molding, and chopping of carbon fibers.

• Mixing of epoxy and vinyl ester resins

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a College level program for Mechanical, Structural (Civil), Materials, Chemical Engineering

• Experience with MS Office preferred

• Attention to detail/Ability to follow procedures, alert management with issues or difficulties

• Basic understanding of Newtonian Physics and higher level mathematics

• Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

• Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Keeping equipment and work area safe, clean and organized, participating in safety culture

• Effectively communicating with manager and team members
