The function of this position is to respond, follow up and sell Internet leads in a consistent, timely manner, make appointments from these opportunities, and sell new and used vehicles in the manner as set by the Fred Beans Internet process.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Respond to Internet leads within 20 minutes of receipt.
Devise and complete for response of leads for all times out of office, including off times and weekends.
Complete and teach David Kain based Internet training.
Interact positively with all Customers, Management Associates and all other employees.
Interact with Sales managers to desk all leads and maximize lead closing in that location.
Set appointments at MAPs 500/0 of total leads, have 50% of the appointments set show and close at MAPS 50 % of those appointments that show, resulting in a 12.5% closing ratio in domestic stores.
Complete statistics and send to appropriate parties nightly, weekly, and monthly.
Complete and send Monthly Internet Statement according to the Accounting Process.
Know and recommend lead sources and costs.
Forecast Monthly Internet Sales.
Set and obtain short and long term objectives for each department.
Set and Communicate appointments with appropriate Managers.
Follow up with all no show leads.
Know the CRM System completely, including all screen reports and shortcuts.
Personalize a consistent email and phone lead process using templates and scripts provided.
Ensure confirmation calls are made for set appointments.
Follow the 2 week press process as determined by Internet Process manual.
Maximize all opportunities available.
Become and maintain being a Certified Sales Consultant.
Have vehicles prepped and in close proximity to the showroom for scheduled appointments.
Follow the Fred Beans/ Joe Verde Process once the customer arrives.
Report any situation that may impact Fred Beans customers, facilities and/or employees to the GM.
Complete the training for CRM.
Any other duties as assigned.
