Base Salary- Plus Commission
$65,000 Annual Income potential
Initial 3-Day Training And Ongoing Training To Guarantee Your Success.
Previous BDC, customer service, phone skills, internet or CRM experience is a plus!
Representatives Willing and Capable of, But Not Limited To:
Ensuring the Internet Department is meeting daily-weekly and monthly goals and objectives.
Consistently follow our processes, making 75 -100 outbound calls per day.
Writing and sending 40 - 60 emails per day
Setting a volume of (3-10) appointments daily.
Following up with customer inquiries to ensure effectively maximizing all internet lead opportunities.
Address all customer questions, request and concerns.
Attend all dealership training meetings, product training and launches
Allow Manager to develop, train and Lead the Internet Team to ensure strong growth and consistently high individual and team performance as well as individual success.
Learn to effectively utilize our CRM-Customer Relations Management database.
Assist BDC/Internet Team as needed to prepare for our various community marketing events held at the dealership.
