Internet Fulfillment Team Member - Full Time

At our stores, we offer one of the most extensive, competitively priced fine wine and cheese selections. We are well-known for our excellent, personable customer service and our knowledgeable wine staff.

The Internet Fulfillment Team:

* Processes internet orders in a timely and accurate manner providing all necessary order documentation.

* Verifies that wine pulled for orders is correct vintage, etc.

* Charges out orders being sure that customers are indentified for each transaction

* Add new customer information or verify and update customer information in Vision POS being sure to notify marketing department of modified information.

* Corresponds with customers as needed with complete and prompt follow through to completion

* Pack, label and ship wine orders

* Organize pickup orders

* Handles customer service calls in regards to internet orders

* Pulls wines for orders as requested

Requirements

*A strong sense of customer service

*Ability to lift 40 lbs.

*Must be 18 years of age

*Basic computer skills
