OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
20th Century Fox
One of the world's largest producers and distributors of motion pictures, 20th Century Fox Film (TCFF) produces, acquires and distributes motion pictures throughout the world. These motion pictures are produced or acquired by the following units of 20th Century Fox Film: Twentieth Century Fox, Fox 2000 Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox International Productions, and Twentieth Century Fox Animation. During fiscal 2017, TCFF placed 25 motion pictures in general release in the United States. The motion pictures produced and/or distributed by TCFF in the United States and international territories in fiscal 2017 included Hidden Figures, Logan, Jackie, and The Boss Baby. TCFF has released or currently plans to release approximately 23 motion pictures in the United States in fiscal 2018.
Under the supervision of the SVP of Marketing, this position will support not only the International Marketing team in Los Angeles, but also the VP, Events & Trade Marketing, and the Regional Offices in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Duties include marketing database management; maintenance of key deliverables schedules/timelines; hands-on support of events planning; creation of PowerPoint/Keynote templates; coordination with other divisions (Franchise, HE, TV, publishing, music, etc) and sharing of information to promote synergies; creation of PowerPoint/Keynote templates, coordination of video conferences; general administrative support.
Database management: GTS maintenance, Key International contacts, Soundtrack information, Title and character translations, Trailer placements, Key International Actors etc.
Materials Timeline Management: Track local territory deliverables, maintain and update timelines, liaise with marketing departments on delivery dates, update GTS.
Events planning support: provide support in setting up and preparing for various events to take place locally or remotely, including following up and/or testing footage, creating PowerPoint/Keynote, liaising with vendors, pulling creative assets, booking screening rooms, script-writing/proofreading, and on-site support as needed; maintain list of available assets and usage guidelines; assist in approving territory events.
Organization of bi-annual events for International Marketing Team, including preparation of materials, logistics, technical support, and follow up with participants.
Administrative support includes scheduling meetings, filing, printing, expense reports, book travel, and print documents; order supplies, set up conference calls; manage purchase orders and invoices; book conference rooms, book drive-ons, generate reports on GTS, misc. research, etc. (ongoing)
Database & Timeline Management
Manage and maintain the integrity of the marketing asset database.
Maintain the GTS/Global Theatrical System database ensure that it contains all the latest marketing information (assets, delivery dates, embargo dates etc) and is an accurate and reliable source of information for all of Fox International.
Keep Materials Timelines for each title up to date and complete. Liaise with marketing departments to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the information.
Keep updated records about International Marketing contacts, Key International Actors, etc.
Communicate with other divisions (Franchise, HE, TV, Publishing, Fox Music) to ensure that the Fox International Theatrical teams have the latest cross-divisional information.
Work with story department to ensure timely distribution of Scripts
Update trailer target databases; create and distribute trailer schedules
Update footage/content databases; track and assist in approving re-use at local events
Organization of Events
Compile and update presentation templates/title slides for trade events
Provide support in the set-up and planning for various events local or remotely including but not limited to: booking screening rooms, testing equipment/materials, script-writing/proofreading, liaising with vendor, providing creative assets, etc.
Provide on-site support during attended events for all aspects (lot access, run of show, hosting attendees, etc.)
Coordinate logistics of filmmaker meetings, marketing conferences and video conferences.
Receive, compile and prepare presentations in advance of meetings.
Liaise with IT to ensure proper equipment setup.
Serve as point person during events for last-minute requirements.
Take minutes during events, then follow up on action points.
Update and provide presentation resource materials (slides, scripts) for territory events.
Create and manage expense reports
Book travel on Get There system
Cover ad hoc requests (print jobs, generate reports, etc)
Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports
Create vendors, input invoices and process payment of POs
