As a Tax Manager at IC Americas, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our corporate tax return process, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations. You will provide expert tax advice to our clients, helping them minimize their tax obligations while ensuring compliance with tax laws: Oversee and manage the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other related documents Provide guidance and support to clients regarding complex tax matters, minimizing their tax obligations while ensuring compliance Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate any impact on our clients' tax strategies Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations to clients based on your findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting Qualifications - External Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or EA certification required Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate tax return preparation and related forms Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Proficient in tax software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites Experience or knowledge of international tax laws and regulations Familiarity with cross-border transactions and transfer pricing Experience with tax planning and compliance for multinational corporations Understanding of tax treaties and foreign tax credits Skill Requirements:

In-depth understanding of tax planning strategies and tax implications for various business entities Experience with transfer pricing, tax credits, and incentives Proficiency in tax research and interpretation of complex tax laws and regulations Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to effectively communicate tax concepts to clients and colleagues with varying levels of tax knowledge Experience in conducting tax audits and managing tax controversies Familiarity with international tax compliance and reporting requirements Knowledge of tax technology tools and software for efficient tax planning and reporting Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment and independently Understanding of international tax planning and compliance considerations Experience with cross-border transactions and transfer pricing implications Proficiency in navigating global tax treaties and foreign tax credit rules Awareness of evolving international tax regulations and their impact on multinational corporations Company Description Who is IC Americas?
