The senior analyst role will be responsible for the execution of activities associated with compliance, tax audit response and defense, and tax provision, as well as assistance with certain tax planning activities, with respect to U.S. international tax laws and regulations. Main activities include gathering data, preparing complex models and workpapers, filling associated tax forms, preparing detailed supporting documentation, and providing critical workpapers for tax returns and quarterly tax provisions.


  • Preparation of calculations and tax compliance and financial reporting of various international tax matters, including

  • Foreign tax credits, including expense allocations and apportionment, basketing, income sourcing rules

  • Global intangible low taxed income (GILTI)

  • Foreign derived intangible income (FDII)

  • Base erosion anti-abuse taxes (BEAT)

  • Earnings and profits (E&P)

  • Subpart F

  • Prepare other international tax compliance reporting forms (e.g. Information return of US persons with respect to Foreign Corporation (form 5471), Intercompany Transaction Info return (form 5472), International Boycott report (form 5713)

  • Prepare responses to IRS relating to international tax IDRs

  • Conduct research, analyze data and information, prepare reports, presentations and/or memos,

  • Liaise with operational departments and other areas within the company

  • Liaise with external advisors

  • Prepare certain other tax compliance reports related with international presence and transactions (Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR), Income Tax Return of a Foreign Corporation (form 1120-F), Withholding Tax Reporting (form 1042), etc.)

  • Bachelor's Degree (Masters in Tax, LLM, and/or CPA preferred)

  • Four years (minimum) of relevant international tax experience with an accounting firm, law firm or large multinational corporation (Big 4 experience preferred)

  • Ability to research, analyze and interpret complex international tax matters

  • Ability to write reports and memoranda on various international tax matters

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent MS-Excel skills

  • Ability to prepare complex models and work papers

  • Ability to follow established processes, meet tight deadlines and handle work load peaks during our quarterly and year-end close, and tax return filing cycles

  • Ability to multi-task and to adapt to a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities

  • Thompson Reuters' OneSource experience a plus

The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for understanding various government contract requirements in order to help resolve contract issues; and coordinating with accounting, Government agencies, and other companies. Tracks documentation, resolves issues and problems, and helps ensure completion of contract deliverables in a timely, accurate manner. Also, in support of government contracts, Consulting Agreements and Nondisclosure Agreements are produced. This position is a full time, non-exempt role. Responsibilities: * Acts as a resource to provide information and contract interpretation regarding deliverables. * May help develop and maintain area specific records, reviews reports, resolves less sensitive compliance issues, and coordinates with Government agencies. * Helps ensure all aspects of the contract are completed according to contract requirements. * Meets and confers with management, users, and contract providers to resolve problems and coordinate services. * Helps oversee the accuracy of the contract tracking system; monitors and improves the system as needed. * Enters data into a computer system and retrieves or corrects data. * Coordinates shipment of contract deliverables, recordkeeping, and interaction with contract-related personnel. * Produces Consulting Agreements, Nondisclosure Agreements and maintains records in support of government contracts and subcontracts. * Helps with contract billing and investigates unpaid receivables. * Produces simple cost proposals. Requirements: * Ensures compliance with contract terms, policies and procedures. * Uses State or agency-specific software application programs. * Communicates information and ideas clearly and concisely. * Reads, interprets and applies laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. * Monitors and tracks information or data. * Proficient in Excel, Word. Some database experience is a plus.
