COMPETENCY
  • Bachelors Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics. Masters Degree in any of the given subject or a related field is a plus point
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ISIC codes use and codes review, and matters relating to ISIC revisions 3.1.3 and 4.
  • Track record of excellence in leadership and team management
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Strong and clear communicator
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct data analysis and migration projects where migration issues and proposed resolutions are identified
  • Demonstrate a depth of knowledge in ISIC rev. 4
  • Demonstrate a depth of knowledge and familiarity with ISIC codes in GCC, Qatar and globally
  • Familiarity with governing agencies and authorities where ISIC is utilized
  • Be up-to-date with regional and global economic activities and trends
  • Identify ISIC primary and secondary economic activities for entities and/or statistical units
  • Deliver clear reports and presentations concerning matters pertaining to ISIC

In this role, the ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to their work. This role does require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in HR/Talent Acquisition in a corporate environment. <br />  <br /> <u><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></u> <ul> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Support the Talent Acquisition Team with all aspects of the recruiting life cycle - Schedule interviews, organize candidate travel, and monitor interviews.  Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assist staff with payroll and benefit questions, and enrollment</li> <li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Assist with benefits program and vendor relationships.
