The International Product Manager (IPM) is responsible for leading product life-cycle management for on-market and/or newly assigned digital pathology product/s, with an immediate focus on the Roche uPath enterprise software and other related digital products. The IPM will be the product champion and main conduit for all product-related communications. The IPM must work well across internal functions and global affiliates, and be able to create a positive, productive team environment that is focused on the customer

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drives and coordinates development of global marketing tools and activities (e.g., brochures, training, manuals, slide decks, internet/intranet sites and other e-media).

  • Integrates regional marketing dynamics into product strategy using global markets, customer segmentation, VOC and competitive environment analysis

  • Drives activities related to launching/promoting new and existing products.

  • Develops marketing deliverables for product commercialization, including comprehensive global plans for specific product launches.

  • Continuously monitor customer requirements and drive product line performance and required specification and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Provides high level support and guidance to the affiliate companies on product issues.

  • Plans and contributes to the International Business Team meetings (IBT), and affiliate meetings.

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the global market for product area.

  • Initiates appropriate market research; monitors competitor activity and recommends and develops action to address them.

  • Creates and fosters a strong team spirit and takes on the role of 'product champion'.

  • Cultivates and develops Key Opinion Leaders, product advocates, speakers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal Training/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science or a related field.

  • Masters or MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Three (3) five (5) years of marketing/sales or related experience in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic or related industry.

  • Must have software and/or Information Technology (IT) product/marketing management experience or equivalent.

  • Preferred experience with commercializing software development and/or cloud-based solutions.

  • Experience with anatomic pathology laboratory and/or LIS connectivity also a plus.

Ericsson is now looking for AI Product Manager to significantly expand its global team for AI acceleration in Santa Clara CA and Montreal Canada Role and Responsibility: Develop following deliverables in Collaboration with Business Line Owners, Global AI Accelerator (GAIA) team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers: * Precise definition of business problem with relevant business metrics needed to make successful business case for AI/ML applications * Translating Business problem into Data science problem definition * Detailed solution Requirements for Data access and Data comprehension in compliance with Regulatory and Contractual obligations * Detailed requirements for necessary tooling and instrumentation of the target production environment to life-cycle manage AI/ML modules * Detailed description of the AI/ML deliverables for building Intelligence Application * Strategic asset creation from engagement to bootstrap self-service AI/ML design, development and life cycle management platform Keys Skills: * MS in CS/EE or MBA * + 5 years or (BS +10 years) of Tier-1 Mobile service provider domain experience needed * Solid understanding of 4G-LTE RAN, EPC and Sgi-LAN per 3GPP Specifications * Carrier grade solution design and/or management experience in Mobile Service Provider setting * Understanding of Machine learning and Deep learning Additional skills: * Mobile Data Service planning and Operations expertise at Tier-1 Telecom Service provider, Telecom vendor or System integrators * End-to-End Mobile Data Application design and development over 4G-LTE, 5G and OSS/BSS domains * Solid exposure to Cloud native design patterns and virtualization of Telecom Networks * Machine Learning and Deep Learning applicability to Networking domain in general and Telecom services in particular LI-JB DISCLAIMER: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
