As an International Specialist in the Global Corporate Banking segment, you will be responsible for supporting the revenue growth among the Technology sector including across treasury services, lending, trade and foreign exchange. You will utilize your deep international client experience to lead the international agenda and strategy in collaboration with the corporate banker and treasury sales officer, and effectively coordinating with partners around the globe.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and grow international treasury revenue across a portfolio of mid-corporate clients
Harness subject matter expertise for Treasury Services internationally including trade, FX and lending in the EMEA, Asia and America's region
Partner and influence Treasury Services and Commercial Banking teams to establish and drive business development strategies including input into product development, marketing, and other strategic initiatives
Generate revenue expansion, pipeline momentum, relationship profitability, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy and proposal/presentation delivery
Maintain a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of doing business globally
Provide informal supervision and ongoing guidance to assigned Treasury Sales Associate(s)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Five+ years of successful direct sales or relationship management - focused on International Treasury Management and solutions delivery
Success in providing consultation on the aspects of international banking and cash management
Knowledge of International banking products, services, and markets (Treasury, lending, trade finance and foreign exchange)
Executive presence and consultative sales acumen;
Ability to develop advisory relationships with clients, prospects and bankers
Proven track record of results-oriented performance
Experience building and influencing strategic relationships;
Broad and deep transaction banking technical knowledge
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Ability to travel 30 - 40% of the time throughout the Northeast and Southeast region of the US and internationally to effective present solutions to clients and prospects of the firm
Broad and deep transaction banking technical knowledge
Familiarity with key global treasury trends
