Overall responsibility

Enter all confirmed SalesOrders to create demand on manufacturing. Responsible for scheduling Service Supervisorsfor installs, create job specific workbooks, and review all ticket and bonusdays before invoicing. Work with Compliance and Logistics to make sure allshipments are on track and on time. Help look after inventory with in the

International Group to identify possible shortages.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Communicate with Sales and Customer onlogistics and daily Operations

  • Work with Warehousemen to complete ordersto the highest service quality meeting given deadlines

  • Investigate and provide written reportson near miss and job problems

  • Recognize problems, identify possiblecauses and execute corrective actions when deficiencies are identified

  • Autonomous problem solving and decisionmaking regarding daily operations

  • Plan, organize, and direct operationalactivities as required, including dispatching field service personnel, meetingcustomer requirements, and taking customer calls

  • Confer with management, subcontractors,and engineering professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as workprocedures, complaints, and operational concerns

  • Ensure compliance with local regulationsand client requirements

  • Provide technical support to office andfield personnel

  • Review and correct all fielddocumentation, counsel field personal on corrective actions

  • Disseminate all new procedures,technologies, and training requirements to field personal

  • Support our HS&E program

  • Perform other duties andresponsibilities as required or requested

Qualifications

  • HighSchool diploma or GED required

  • Comprehensive Oilfield experiencerequired; including Drilling Rig Operations, fracturing and down hole tooloperations, Liner Hanger / Cementing Operations

  • Excellent written and oral communicationskills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to communicate effectively with

Field Service Personnel, client representatives and NCS employees andmanagement

  • Ability to recognize problems, identifypossible causes and resolve routine problems

  • Excellent judgment and discretion;ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, andhandle work related stress

  • Technical working knowledge of NCS HSEprogram, products and procedures

Responsible for performing all administrative duties associated with the service operations department so thatthe department functions efficiently and cost effectively.Essential duties and responsibilities: * Performs Install Base maintenance as needed. Creates safety inspection tickets * Updates on-call lists, sends detailed notification to TK Communications daily. Checks technicians in/out, sends down car listing and communicates information to Regional Dispatch and supervisors * Review thyssenkupp Communications callback report to identify all callbacks held for AM service. Verify manpower has been assigned * Review unassigned tickets with service superintendent or service manage * Provides status to NTL and customers on open work orders, and completed callbacks. Updates PM ticket with the monthly work order # * Review and update branch flowchart, Shared Calendar, On Call Manager and On Car List * Obtain updates from superintendent to update the Down Car List. Communicate down car information to dispatching * Provides status to NTL and customers on open work orders, completed callbacks and repairs. Update PM ticket with the monthly work order # * Acts as liaison between the branch operations and regional dispatch; maintains shared calendars for dispatch with field attendance and work scheduling. Reviews open ticket reports and submits to dispatch * Tracks Job Sight audits * Assists mechanics with ITS downloads, PDA troubleshooting and PDA ordering, brochures and tools. Orders new phones and replacements for service department * Assists managers with safety meetings and maintains documentation * Completes manual payroll entry forms, includes daily DVR processing and cost corrections * Performs research and review for Service Manager; which may include running Account History reports, weekly pre-invoicing reports, high profile service account reports, WIP, Routing, TK Exact, missed service reports, sick unit reports, researching billable calls * Compiles data/information for legal for First Report of Incidents and/or lawsuits (copies of contracts, tickets, and requested data) (assist office manager and/or contract sales admin to compile the required documentation) * Creates parts requisitions and receives parts. Reviews weekly report of un-received invoices * Assists service manager with a review of weekly pre-invoicing reports. Review special accounts for billing. Obtain PO's for jobs that require PO's for billing * Entering time and expense manually for payroll, cost corrections and Friday payroll submission. Track and send receipts to regional office * Prepares badging applications and tracking; orders uniforms for service (if not ordered by warehouse) * Prepares special reports for high profile customers and provide NTL with updates and RFI's * Creates safety inspection tickets. Monitors pre-invoicing report to ensure Safety Inspections are not being processed as Preventative Maintenance Tickets/Manual tickets * Sends copy of down payment checks to regional AR.
