International Logistics Clerk

This position will be responsible for overseeing the management of orders that bypass our warehouses and ship directly from our factories to our customers across the globe including the USA, Latin America, Canada and Australia.

The role also has responsibility for managing and receiving components into the Logan Utah campus for manufacturing.

Part of the role will include the creation and management of spare part kits which help out customers across the globe manage their warranty responsibilities for the products they purchase.

This position also supports the VP of Logistics with various administrative tasks and projects, including but not limited to generating and distribution of reports as well as being a key team member supporting all the logistics departments reporting to the Vice President.

Primary responsibilities for role:

• Tracks the shipping of product shipping direct to customers each month to assure those orders are received within the system correctly and invoiced in a timely manner.+ Determines and gathers the proof of shipping that has been received to assure efficient monthly invoicing, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and customers.+ Works with the inbound freight team to make sure all necessary documentation is being received and communicates projected shipment details.+ Collaborates with R&D, QA/QC to generate on a SKU level what expected parts are needed for service & maintenance. This part kit is then priced with each factory to fine tune the parts and quantities before launching it to the sales team as an available buy item.+ Audits and work with the inbound logistics team with regard to shipping documents to ensure correct and timely invoicing.+ Supports the VP of Transportation & Warehousing with various administrative tasks including creating and distribution of reports as well as project support across all aspects of the supply chain.+ Supports the logistics departments in improvement initiatives as necessary.+ Supports other activities as needed.
