Summary & Purpose
The Off Road International and Key Account Manager is responsible for selling Off Road (Pro Taper, Dragonfire, and Quadboss) brands to dealers and distributors internationally ensuring market competitiveness and profitability is consistent with annual and long-term plans. The Off Road Group International and Key Account Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Brand Managers, Sales Management & Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and programs to support current international customers and find, and sell to new ones.
The Off Road Group International and Key Accounts Sales Manager also has the responsibilities that include sales and product training for distributors, sales and product training to Key Accounts, creating consumer demand through media activities and guiding distributors in how they can best advertise and promote Off Road Group products in their territories. This Role will work closely with Tucker Rocky to ensure a synergistic approach to key account sales and international distribution.
Works with Brand Managers to execute on plan to cultivate, develop and secure new key accounts to support long term plan and growth.
Takes initiative and utilizes industry contacts, past-experience and personality to develop lasting key relationships with decision makers of current and future Int'l customers.
Maintains weekly contact to build partner relationships with all distribution partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for International and Key customers ordering (drop ship or export) and work with domestic distribution team and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exceeds long and short term International sales targets.
Leads implementation and execution of global long-term goals and initiatives by market by distributor / key account.
Leads effort to implement Intl sales programs while working with Brand Mangers to facilitate yearly brand marketing plan. Works with customers to support their marketing efforts while adhering to look / feel / vision of the brand.
Create and implement international or key account advertising campaigns.
Leverage int'l markets with strong understanding of currencies, exchange rates, taxes and trends.
Participate and key contributor to international legal or cultural issues pertaining to sales.
Maintains accurate records of all International pricing structures (drop ship and export) to ensure market competitiveness and maximize profit margin.
Travel to key International or domestic shows to interact with customers and present/educate/sell current product and to introduce new products and coordinate new product launches.
Finds opportunities or voids that the Off Road Brands can adapt/create/change to support growth.

A Bachelor's degree in international business marketing or related degree.
Fluency in at least three languages (English, French and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales within the powersports industry
Familiarity with international distributors and large dealer accounts

The physical demands include, but are not limited to driving internationally, sitting, standing, walking, communicating, seeing, hearing, use of hands and lifting up to 25 lbs. This position will require the individual to participate in, and occasionally operate motorcycles ATV's, and ROV's.
