Position Summary:

The International Data Entry Clerk for Store Development reports to the Construction Finance Operations Manager and is responsible for entering and maintaining Mexico and Brazil store construction project data within the Company's Store Development Management systems. Strong communication, organization and process adherence/enforcement skills are key to ensuring reporting and analyses generated via the Company's Store Development Management systems are complete and accurate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering data from source documents within required timeframes

  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities

  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents

  • Communicating with various AutoZoners to help ensure accurate tracking of monies and activities within our systems

  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations and performing backup operations

  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files

  • Managing systematic store construction project close-outs to effectively pass accurate information to Fixed Assets

  • Communicating with Store Development Finance Management to ensure continued alignment on project progress

  • Strong ownership of Store Development Management system data integrity

  • Ultimately, a successful Store Development International Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and useable information in our systems

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish; additional ability to speak and write in Portuguese is preferred

  • Ability to travel internationally (~10 15% travel with more travel during position onboarding)

  • Very detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all duties

  • Familiar with administrative duties

  • Maintain and respect confidentiality requirements

  • Strong organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

  • Great communication skills and a team player

  • High school diploma

  • Additional computer training or certification preferred
