The opportunity:

Come and join the International Markets Group Risk team as a Customer Support Manager and take your career to the next level! We are looking for a skilled individual to manage a portfolio of Group Risk and Income Protection policies, from quotation to policy setup, renewals, and claims. As the point of contact for customers and introducing brokers, you will be responsible for strengthening our client relationships. What will you be doing?

  • Managing a portfolio of client contracts for Group Risk, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support.

  • Acting as the main contact for client inquiries and proactively seeking solutions to their requests.

  • Analysing various types of client data and understanding their impact on existing contracts.

  • Overseeing contracts throughout their entire lifecycle.

  • Gathering customer information and identifying opportunities for new business development.

  • Providing clients with accurate, regulatory-compliant reports delivered punctually.

  • Documenting all customer interactions and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

  • Clearly explaining policy terms and conditions to customers.

  • Handling invoicing and debt management tasks.
