  • Develop and oversee all aspects of NORAM and LATAM benefits administration including the management of broker and vendor relationships. You will partner with teammates in EMEA and APAC to deliver programming globally.

  • Partner to define the benefit philosophy, communication strategy and strategic roadmap.

  • Scale our global expansion through program and project management related to benefit program creation, maintenance, communication and education, and coordination.

  • Develop global wellness initiatives including the coordination of onsite wellness activities across offices.

  • Be the subject matter expert as the center of excellence for employee benefit inquiries.

  • Plan and lead our Open Enrollment activities including the build and execution of communication campaign.

  • Manage and enhance our benefit programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, COBRA, 401K, leave of absence and time off.

  • Ensure compliance with general and local laws.

  • Consult with senior executives, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition leadership regarding benefit plan designs and strategic initiatives across geographies and business segments.

  • Conduct quantitative analysis for budget and forecast, and on effectiveness, competitiveness and fairness of existing benefits programs. Benchmark findings and present thoughtful solutions that are aligned with Medallia's total rewards philosophy.

  • Represent Total Rewards while fostering a deep working relationship with key stakeholders and partners across the organization, including FP&A, Payroll, and Legal.


  • You have a passion for bringing a company's values to life for the moments that matter and across the life stages of employees

  • 5+ years experience in benefits plan design and administration, including participation in each step of the end to end benchmarking, analysis and decision making processes
  • 1+ year of project management experience in complex initiatives, including communications and change management
  • 1+ years experience operating in a client-facing role, advising and presenting to key stakeholders and partners


  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance or commensurate professional experience

  • Intermediate knowledge and expertise with regulatory compliance in benefits programs, employment law and practices
