Sales Consulting: ~crlf~-Owns and grows the relationship with their book of business comprised of top Allianz agents. Manages multiple campaigns focused on outbound proactive sales calls to Club Qualifier Producers, Previous Club Qualifier Producers (MIAs) and specialty campaigns as directed.
Focuses on gaining Life Insurance production from these top segments.~crlf~-Meets and exceeds key performance benchmarks with an emphasis on attainment of regionally based sales goals.~crlf~-Utilizes advanced data collection methods to track agent production levels on current and proposed sales activity including agent feedback and comments. ~crlf~-Demonstrates a high level of initiative and decision making to proactively grow and build individual books of business, with a particular emphasis on increasing Diamond level and above producers.~crlf~-Partners with regional external sales team on sales ideas designed to increase sales for mutual based sales targets. ~crlf~-May occasionally travel with external sales team to conduct workshops and build relationships with top Allianz agents.~crlf~~crlf~Interaction with Division and Enterprise:~crlf~-Generates and communicates agent activity and pertinent information to Internal Sales Supervisor, External team and Channel Head.~crlf~-Partners with External Sales Team and Operations to work together on Service Recovery and MIA Recovery.~crlf~-Communicates industry trends and competitor information to Division Management Team.~crlf~-Communicates field reaction to product rollout marketing strategy and existing product marketing efforts.The Internal Sales Consultant III works to persuade a top tier agent book of business (Club Qualifiers, Previous Club Qualifier Producers (MIAs) and specialty Campaigns) to increase Allianz Life Insurance sales from these producers.
