Position Description: The Internal Recruiter is responsible for new hire recruitment and the on-boarding process. The Internal Recruiter will work with the applicant tracking system to post positions, screen resumes and interview top candidates. This position will be responsible for attending job fairs, building relationships with local schools and for being the initial contact for new applicants. This position will work closely with the building leadership team to help recruit, on-board and retain employees.
Education/Training/ Experience: An associates degree in Human Resource Management or a business related field. One to three years of recruitment experience preferred but not required. Will consider experience in place of a degree. Must possess advanced computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with ClearCompany recruitment software preferred.
