A Guiding Coalition is a school leadership team designed to be an integral component of leading, inspiring, and supporting the change process to becoming a professional learning community. This diverse team will commit to the three principles of a Guiding Coalition: --Model what collaboration looks like through working together as a team to listen to feedback, brainstorm solutions, and implement processes aligned with our instructional vision at CAVA.
Be a voice to connect teachers and leaders as we work together for our students. --Organize protocols and strategies to engage in improving the academic performance for all students at CAVA. Create a process for teachers to share concerns or ask questions related to instructional practice. --Monitor the implementation and feedback to ensure teams remain committed to the vision and the agreed upon protocols and strategies.
