Requirements / Qualifications

Requirements/Experience: • Strong organizational skills • Detail oriented • Able to balance and complete multiple projects • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills • Self-directed but comfortable working as part of a team • Able to problem solve • Proficient with the OLS platform • Organization and time-management skills • Current CAVA teacher (3-5 only) or Education Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Host daily 'Welcome' and 'Getting to Know You' sessions in Newrow to assigned caseload of jumpstart students (2 sessions per day). Include tips and tricks on how to use the Newrow platform in fun and engaging activities. • Host Tour of OLS daily (1 session per day) • Support students with completion of Introduction to Online Learning course, along with use of Stride Skills Arcade. • Monitor completion and strong start success through surveys provided to students • Be available by phone and email for questions from students and parents/learning coaches and respond within 24 hours. • Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED CREDENTIAL/CERTIFICATION: (All applicants MUST have the following at the time of applying) Must hold a valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential or California Education Specialist Instruction Credential California English Learner Authorization
