Internal Medicine Physician Associate (Pa)

Broadway Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced Physician Associate (PA). We are looking to find an PA to join our internal medicine team who embodies leadership skills, great communication, and is a true believer in providing quality care to their patients Join a thriving practice with high patient volume – and hit the ground running. Our Providers will work with a team who will assist in running an efficient practice while providing the best care to our patients. Position Details:

Full Time Opportunity (but part-time is also an option) Flexible hours and scheduling: typically providers work 4 days per week, plus 1 rotating Saturday (8 am-12pm) every 4-6 weeks. Rotating Saturday is a shared requirement for all providers. Training Provided Work with a full support staff including a shared nurse (between you and 1 other provider on your work days), and your own assigned medical assistant.

You will also have a patient care coordinator working with you and up to 3 other providers (depending upon full and part-time schedules). This position is in Internal Medicine, and as such functions as a PCP Compensation: For full time status we use a baseline definition of 4 days per week rotating Saturday, from 8:30 am-5pm. Salary would be $140,000 plus quarterly production bonuses.

The salary is adjusted based upon contracted hours accordingly. At least 3 years experience in same or related specialty At least 5 years experience in a clinical out-patient care setting Board Certification Must have active unrestricted Oregon Medical license Ability to provide the medical oversight of clinical care delivered Ability to collaborate with the team of staff Each position and each person holding a position with BMC is integral to the success of the clinic.
